A: Droste products operate on a Microsoft (PC) platform. Some of the third party software programs we have previously integrated with include: Ishida, Hobart, Mettler Toledo, NBI Digi, Bizerba, Avery-Berkel, TEC, Exact, Weldotron & Sanitary.

Q: My team needs training. Does Droste provide training to its clients?

Q: My IT Department would like to speak to someone at Droste regarding implementation. Who should they speak with?
A: Each client is assigned a specific Droste Project Manager that is the primary point of contact throughout the entire process. In addition, Droste has a full-service technical support team that operates between the hours of 7am to 6pm Eastern Standard Time. On-call, 24/7 support is available for a premium.
