RESULTS YOU CAN MEASURE

We will project the retail productivity opportunities available to your organization on a departmental level and quantify what your savings will be by working with Droste and JFConnolly and Associates to optimize your retail labor management process. In our experience, clients normally realize productivity improvements in the ten to twenty percent range, with retail payroll percent savings ranging from 0.35% of sales to over one full percent of sales.

MODULAR WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT

A complete overhaul of your workforce management system may not be possible or feasible for a variety of reasons. Which is why, as with almost all Droste software components, you can choose the modules that are right for you. Each of the pieces of our Workforce Management product is available separately. Identify your biggest problem areas and address those in whatever order you choose. You will still see results.
